The beautiful corals reefs in the waters surrounding Manta House are protected and are designated as a national park.
You won't see speeding motor boats disrupting this reef, instead you will enjoy some of the best diving and snorkeling this
region has to offer. Interesting activities like whale watching and trips to Gibbs Cay for interations with
large sting rays are available.
Manta House offers 3 self contained beach bungalows which are comfortably appointed with your relaxation in mind.
Private decks offer vistas of lush gardens and turquoise blue waters of the ocean.
The Sandbar Restaurant sits right on the water just steps from the Manta House and offers a variety of seafood specialties
as well as North American fare. Enjoy an ice cold drink or rum punch while watching for a breaching whale or hoping to catch
the Green Flash at sunset.
Manta House is also near other restaurants, dive shops, entertainment and amenities on
Grand Turk.

Today visitors will find world-class scuba diving, including the deepest recorded blue hole in the Bahamas, a virtual graveyard of over 150 wrecks, pristine reefs and vertical walls overflowing with life. Bonefishing and visiting the peaceful villages round out things to do on Long Island.
Originally thought to be one of Columbus' early stops, he renamed Long Island "Fernandina" from its original name "Yuma". Soon after, Loyalists came to Fernandina and built cotton-producing plantations. Although the plantations are no more, agriculture is still very much a part of life here. Long Island is famous for its vegetables and cattle and supplies much of the farm goods to the other islands. Most visitors are drawn here to enjoy lazy days in the sun and quiet surroundings.
