Matana Beach Resort on Kadavu Island should definitely be on your top 10 destinations to visit list. This resort has a full service PADI dive facility at your service to help you get down to play with the mantas, groupers and more amongst the hard and soft corals. A mere 60 feet from shore are some nice coral heads for the snorkelers in your group to check out.

 

The Resort has 10 bures to accommodate a maximum of 24 guests with queen or singles. Two of the bures offer 2 rooms where up to four people can stay. The roomy bures blend in the lush gardens to offer you the privacy you desire.

 

Able to accommodate the pickiest of eaters, Matana Beach Resort offers a taste of Fiji on the menu, with local fruits, vegetables and seafood on the menu. There is also an extensive range of international dishes to choose from.

Much of Northern Caye is covered with well-matured mangroves that acts as a nursery for many of the area's wildlife. This gives divers a unique opportunity to see the juvenile form of many of the deep sea creatures.
