Amenities available at Ocean Pointe feature complimentary use of lighted tennis facilities, Jr. Olympic sized heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, beach volleyball, children's play ground, bbq area, tranquil beachfront and 60 acres of beautifully landscaped private grounds. There is a bar that has a limited breakfast and lunch menu with numerous restaurants, stores and attractions minutes from the property. Also available at Ocean Pointe is kayak rentals and a marina with a boat ramp capable of handling a craft up to 28 feet.
Ocean Pointe's beachfront is ideal for snorkeling, there is a small beach area with shallow depth ( water shoes are recommended) and the surrounding crystalline waters make for excellent kayaking excursions, SCUBA diving, and sports fishing. For Scuba diving and all attractions a vehicle is required.
All 1 and 2 bedroom island view or ocean view condo suites at Ocean Pointe are individually decorated and offer a full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker, blender and all basic kitchenware. Vehicle parking is free but there is no room service or bellman (luggage carts are available). Housekeeping is at least weekly but available more frequently at a cost. Linens and towels are always available.

There is much debate about why Utila is such a great dive destination. Is it the walls starting at just 15 feet and descending into dizzying depths? Perhaps the caves or the famous Halliburton wreck are the reason divers keep coming back. Others would argue that you just can't beat the opportunity to swim with whale sharks or play with the dolphins off the Utila coast. Whatever the reason, Utila is sure to please everyone in your group. Not known for its night life, all businesses on this island paradise are family owned-- no national or international chains here.
