With different destinations depending on the year, the Star Dancer offers divers a unique opportunity to dive different parts of Papua New Guinea. January through March is spent touring the South Coast and new Britain Island for some unbelievable critter diving and to explore a freshwater blue hole. In July and August, Star Dancer cruises around Rabaul in search of sharks and frog fish. For the rest of the year, Walindi Plantation in West New Britain or East of the Willaumez Peninsula is the destination of choice.
Up to 5 dives a day are completed on the 7 night cruises. 16 passengers and 8 crew is the maximum capacity for this 120 foot monohull vessel.

Famous muck dives provide several frames of footage to take home with you. Lacy scorpionfish, ghost pipefish and the elusive nautilus are just a few of the amazing creatures that call PNG home.
On land, the country is just as diverse and interesting. PNG is known for its trekking, mountain climbing and bushwalking. Nature-lovers delight in the lush rainforest and the region is alive with dance and music, a must-see for anyone interested in other cultures.
