“I've used travel agents in the past when booking other dive trips; booking with Joe was definitely the best experience so far and will consider booking thru Maduro again. My experience was fantastic. I have to give credit to Joe, he's friendly and efficient and also very dedicated to his job. I called to book our trip at ~6:40pm ET which was cutting close to the closing hours posted on the website. Joe was able to reserve airline tickets and contacted to the resort regarding availability. Unfortunately the resort owner was unavailable to confirm room availability, but Joe indicated he would later with package details & pricing. As promised, he did later that night at almost midnight! If I could only use one word to describe our experience, it would be Outstanding!
The flights you arranged for us were perfect. It was so nice to fly overnight, arrive in the afternoon and relax and get oriented, get a good first night's sleep, and start the first day of diving well rested and relaxed. Literally everything at the resort was exactly how we wanted it. The room was a 2nd floor unit, with a big covered balcony, overlooking the pool and out onto the sea.
So, thank you for your help setting up this wonderful vacation!

Though we used frequent flyer miles and didn't book the airline through Maduro Dive, the resort was still aware of our flight times and arrived early to pick us up from the airport. The hotel check in was seamless. The return trip to the airport was coordinated as well. I loved having nothing to worry about. ~ S. Tretsky

I wouldn't continue to book with Maduro if I wasn't 100% satisfied with the level of service I have received. In fact, I live in Canada and tried a dive travel company and they didn't compare with the level of service I receive from Maduro. ~ K. McMurdy
