Rules and Regulations for Escape the Winter Blues Contest
* All correctly completed e-mails must be received by January 8, 2011.
Entries received after this date will not be eligible for any prizes.
* Winners will be notified during the week of January 10th 2011 by e-mail and if no response is received by the daytime telephone number supplied. The decision of the contest judges are final.
* All prizes are subject to space availability and/or blackout dates.
Travel must be completed by the dates specified and a certificate with all prize details and redemption requirements will be issued to each winner. Prizes are not transferable and can't be redeemed for cash.
Diving is for certified divers only.

Terms and Conditions of The Escape the Winter Blues Promotion
· Only the purchase from Maduro Dive/Maduro Travel of an Escape the Winter Blues Sale package from participating hotels qualifies for all value-added benefits associated with this promotion.
· The booking period is specifically November 1, 2010 to February 15, 2011. Anything booked prior or after these dates does not qualify for all value-added benefits.
· The travel period is from January 1 to April 1, 2011 (unless stated differently).
· The Escape the Winter Blues Sale requires a 4-night minimum stay. Extra nights and services are available at prevailing rates. To qualify for certain value added features and the Maduro Bonus a 7 night minimum stay is required.
· The Escape the Winter Blues promotional benefits and packages are not combinable with any other special or promotion from each hotel except the Maduro Bonus for Premium packages. The Maduro Bonus is per room credit and a minimum package of 7 nights.
· All space is subject to availability, certain restrictions may apply. Value added benefits will be provided and/or other discounts by each property and stated. Any unused value-added benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable. None of these benefits can be redeemed for cash.
· The properties and Maduro Dive Fanta-Seas reserve the right to change or eliminate any portion of this program or suspend the entire program at anytime.
