Terms and Conditions of Tobago Underwater Carnival• Only the purchase from Maduro of a Tobago Underwater Carnival (TUC) package from our listed participating hotels entitles you to the benefits of the TUC package
• Anyone not participating in the TUC or has not paid the $75 registration fee does not qualify for all value-added benefits. Cash fee paid on island.
• The TUC period is from July 22-29, 2012.
• All pricing and TUC packages require double occupancy and a 7 night minimum stay
• TUC promotional benefits and packages are not combinable with any other special or promotion
• All space is subject to availability, certain restrictions may apply. Any other benefits provided by each participating property are identified within the package details.
• Any unused value-added benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable. None of these benefits can be redeemed for cash.
• $25 Maduro Bonus is on 7 night or longer boat dive packages only. The $25 is per couple ($12.50 per person) and both people must purchase a dive package.
• $50 instant credit for a domestic air ticket Trinidad and Tobago for international passengers and for TUC participants only (any government taxes
and fees are additional) and must include the purchase of one of the TUC
dive packages featured.
• TUC and Maduro reserve the right to change or eliminate any portion of this program or suspend the entire program at any time.
• No bookings are counted or held without deposit/final payment; all normal terms and conditions of Maduro, suppliers and the airlines apply
• Maduro strongly recommends the purchase of its travel trip insurance.
