Maduro Dive Exclusives Terms and Conditions:1) Applies to new bookings only of at least 7 nights (unless lesser nights specified). 2)
Deposit or final payment must be made within the specified booking
period. Departure/travel dates 60 days or less from booking date require
full payment. Full payment may be required on some dive exclusives
immediately. Instant credits are deducted on final payment. Instant credits are only applicable to exclusive dive packages, non divers are not eligible for instant credits. Resort credits can’t be redeemed for cash or prorated. Unused portions of resort credits are non-refundable.3) All exclusive deals are travel period(s) specific with travel to begin and/or end within the travel period shown. 4)
All space is subject to availability and pricing is per person based on double occupancy. Single, triple, quad or higher occupancy if available will be
shown as part of the exclusive deal. A booking is considered "live"
when a deposit or final payment is accepted.
5)
If travel bonus periods are shown, all travel must begin or end within
the specified period(s). A travel bonus is not combinable with any other
discount or credit and is per person for the specified amount.
6) The
Triple Advantage Bonus requires airfare and travel trip insurance being
purchased with the exclusive dive deal. The Triple Advantage Bonus is not
combinable with any other discount.
7)
No variations are permitted for any exclusive deal. Other services can
be purchased at regular rates. Exclusive deals are not applicable for
groups.
8) Exclusive and
bonus savings shown are based on double occupancy unless otherwise
stated. No credits can be applied to any exclusive deal.
9) All our regular Terms and Conditions are applicable to the exclusive deal(s).
10)
We reserve the right at any time without notification to cancel or
change any aspect of this exclusive promotion but bookings with deposits
received or final payment will be honored.
