Restrictions and Requirements:
All space is based on availability, higher commission structure is only applicable for DEMA group specials (not pre-DEMA) made by specified booking period and must meet properties minimum qualifying standard for the DEMA group travelers to count towards higher commission, free comps and/or added incentives or commission is reduced to 10%. The group date is based on the deposit received date. Any additional commissionable services added by the dive retailer/group organizers that are not included in a DEMA group special are commissionable at 10%. Resort preferred partner and regular DEMA group specials can be combined based on their specific commission incentive offers. Maduro Dive Bonuses are only applicable to those groups at 12% commission and are not applicable to the Preferred Partner higher commissions. Consecutive weeks for the same group count as 1 booking regardless if multiple properties are used. The final determination of any added bonus for booking DEMA groups at 12% commission is based on group traveling, meeting the DEMA group special minimum qualification and the number of fully paid group members. New bookings only, no rebooking with deposit to the same property will be eligible for any higher commissions or bonuses. The Maduro Dive Repeat Loyalty Program DEMA bonus incentive is based on total invoice that is collected by Maduro Dive is only applicable for DEMA group specials that are a unique repeat visit offer from a supplier. The Repeat Loyalty Bonus is not combinable with any other bonus offered for DEMA group specials and will be provided as credit against final payment. All group deposit and final payments must be by ACH or wire transfer. All Terms and Condition policies of Maduro Dive and each supplier must be followed to be eligible for commissions and bonus benefits.
