Grandview Condominiums are located on the south end of 7 Mile Beach in George Town on the scuba diving island of Grand Cayman. The units are privately owned and furnished, but they have 21 accommodations available for rental use. Most of the units for rent are 2-bedroom and 2-bathroons units. 1 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. You can choose between the ground floor, 2

Grandview Condominiums Diving
Although there is no onsite scuba diving center or shop, there are a plethora of dive shops all along 7 mile beach and mostly on the far upper end near the larger hotels. It could take you weeks to dive with them all. Across the street and over just a little bit, you will find “7 Mile Shops”. Here you will discover Diver’s World, a dive store/shop with virtually everything you need or want related to diving. A short walk away is DNS Diving, who have charter boats to take you to just about anywhere around the island.
While staying at Grandview Condominiums, some of the popular dive sites include:
Tarpon Alley, Stingray City, Bonnie's Arch, Oro Verde, and
Kittiwake.
Eden Rock and
Devil's Grotto shore dives are a short "taxi drive away. There is a ladder at the house reef and snorkelers love this area. The wreck of the Cali is a short beach walk away and also filled with fish for snorkelers to gaze at.
Attractions and Activities
They have onsite staff, but there are no restaurants onsite at Grandview Condominiums. However, there are several restaurants nearby. XQ's is a favorite Pizza Bar & Grill with music, and just across the road at 7 Mile Shops (a 2 min walk). Thai Orchid, has green curry and gluten free specials, Southern Spice, offers Indian and Vegetarian dishes, to name a few. Da Fish Shack is further away, but worth the walk or ride. If you would like to use your kitchen, Kirk's supermarket is just 10 minutes' walk away. Moreover, Grandview Condominiums can arrange a grocery delivery for you, two weeks before you arrive.
There are also community BBQ grills. So, there is a World Fitness Gym nearby or you can enjoy the pool and hot tub. Most importantly, while in Grand Cayman, you have to visit the Turtle Farm in West Bay and Stingray City. Perhaps you would enjoy a sunset cruise too.
